London is one of the world’s great dining cities. A place where cultures, traditions and extraordinary talent meet at the table — where a dish discovered in a neighbourhood restaurant can become as much a part of the city’s story as one served beneath the chandeliers of a celebrated dining room. Flavours of London will seek out the dishes that have become destinations in their own right, meeting the chefs and characters behind them and discovering the stories that begin long before the plate reaches the table. Through original photography and personal storytelling, it will capture London as we eat it today: diverse, inventive, generous and always evolving.
